Introduction
We are sure that you've heard before the expression "there is no such thing as something for nothing", or "if something is too good to be true, it probably is". Who hasn't? Now, why would any competent mastering engineer, or a any mastering studio, give away perhaps the most important step before manufacturing or releasing your music?  You should be skeptical of, and question anybody claiming to do this type of audio work for cheap,  let alone for free.

Consider this, the sound quality of your music, its harmonic balance and consequent translation, can easily be ruined by an incompetent, or it can be significantly improved by a professional. Depending upon the vision and the regard you have for what you want to present to a world wide audience, you will make the decision to hire someone who, hopefully, will improve, and not destroy the quality of a good mix. If you can't find someone who can master your material without breaking your piggy bank, read on.

That said, this is how you can get a professional mastering job on this site completely "FREE".

For every post you make on any of our discussion forums, you will earn $1.00 towards a mastering job. This means that with only 55 posts, you can get one song mastered (ITB).

People register on forums and accumulate hundreds of posts in a matter of weeks. That's sufficient enough to have an entire album mastered free! So, why not earn something while spending all that time online?

Here are the kind of posts you can make to earn credits:

• You can post to ask a technical question at the support forum.
• You can start a new topic of interest.
• You can post to comment on any thread.
• You can post to help answer a newbie's question on any thread.
• You can post to promote a movie, an image or a song that belongs to you, or it  was released into the public domain by its author and you want to share it with everyone.

Our Promise

We will master your mix(es) as soon as you post count is equal to the mastering process.

Restrictions and Disclaimer

• This promotion is not available to label clientele and those under a mastering agreement.
• Credit points can not be redeemed towards mixing.
• Users should not post over 15 times per day.

• You can't use your credit points to make a partial payment for any of our mixing or mastering services.

• Even though one can post a three letter word reply like "yes", if we see a pattern of quick answers or questions, IOW, if we think you are trying to *beat the system*, then all bets are off and your account will be immediately suspended. Therefore, we reserve the right to disqualify users who are not making posts in good faith.

• We also reserve the right to either add or change these rules without notice.

Other Free Mastering Options

1. If you can't wait to test our mastering process then you can always use our Free Mastering Demonstrations. Keep in mind that you can't have more than one request per week for a mastering demo and we are not mastering  a complete track but a portion of it.
2. Some people can predict the outcome of our process just by listening to our before/after mastering samples. Give it a listen before you decide we are the online facility for you.
